The hotel is opposite Lao Cai border gate, convenient to travel to China. Friendly employee. However, the parking lot is not adjacent to the living area, so coming down to pick up things on a cold day is very cold

The hotel is very beautiful, luxurious and polite. Free swimming in the swimming pool for 4 seasons, gym and sauna. The receptionist is quite attentive. Especially quite charming when my apartment is p1511, the hotel is also in p1511 feeling like home. Very pleased and will come back if there is a chance!

We check in at night. The receptionist was very unrepeatable, first she did not check the booking code. When we asked for more management, she said, "She is sleeping." She asked us to put a new deposit for the room. This incident made us check in late, 12 noon received room. We are very unhappy with the fact that on the morning of the management there are apologies. (the bedroom has a light that can not be turned off, breakfast is bad)
