However, there are a few things that Shark House wants to explain to you as well as the customers who read the review can look more objectively as follows: -The first problem: You booked the room with me as a normal single room for 2 guests, so our side arranged exactly like the room I posted on the picture for you to receive, our room for 2 guests is from 16-18 m2 wide with full Room amenities include a two-door wardrobe, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner and hot water in the bathroom. The room I arranged for you to receive is a room with a window, so I don't understand your evaluation criteria for a small and a bit mysterious room. If you want the room to be larger and more airy according to your criteria, you can book the balcony room type on your side. Almost all customers when booking at Shark House at other sites have never seen guests complain about this point! -The second problem: You say: "generally expensive compared to the price", actually the price of a single room for 2 guests with only 300,000 VND collected with the location right in the West Quarter, just a short distance from Truong Tien Bridge. 2 minutes walk, only 3 minutes by motorbike to Hue Imperial City and also where the entertainment and dining area is located (Ta Vet, Lan Que Ward, food restaurants), is it too expensive for that price? ? -The review score on sites like ours is very high 9.3 points with nearly 400 reviews, so after receiving your review, I contacted you by phone to find out the reason why you are not satisfied. but received no response from you.
