I booked the room for my parents. At first, the hotel arranged them to a room which is not the room type that I booked, much smaller and uncomfortable. Only after I talked to my parents and realized this is not the room type that I booked, provided them with the booking record, the hotel then helped them to rearrange their room.

The room is spacious, clean and professional. Right in the center. Got a good deal too. Breakfast buffet has few dishes, but can't ask for more. If you choose a mid-range 3-star hotel, this place is fine. Note: Do not ring the bell to ask if the guest is cleaning the room, but use a card hanging outside the door, it will help to disturb the sleep of the guest.

Khu vệ sinh của khách sạn đã có dấu hiệu xuống cấp. Mình đã complain và được đổi sang phòng ok hơn một chút. Mình cũng khá ngạc nhiên vì mình không được dịch vụ dọn phòng buổi sáng, chỉ được refill khăn tắm. Tuy nhiên các bạn nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình và lễ phép.
