My biggest impression is that the staff are very nice, super cute, and supported me a lot during my 1 day and 1 night stay here. The room space is spacious, divided into many separate and connected areas, convenient for many purposes. Other amenities such as the restaurant and swimming pool are also great. It's a bit of a pity that due to work, I could only stay for 1 night. If I return to VT, I will definitely choose Skool as my resting place.

I had a good experience here. The hotel has a beautiful view and an infinity pool. Although the breakfast buffet does not have a variety of dishes, it is of good quality and suitable for taste. The staff is very friendly & attentive. And what I especially like is that the hotel has a service to store luggage and suitcases for guests who have paid or have not yet checked in, but at no charge.

There are 2 small problems: the hand sanitizer faucet is a bit weak and the TV cannot access YouTube even though it is connected to wifi. But it doesn't affect much, the hotel from location, service to rooms are all very good. This is the first hotel that I feel is worth returning to in Vung Tau. Keep it up!

The hotel is spacious, very clean, full of amenities, even has youtube premium and netflix available. The internet is very strong. The soundproofing is quite good. You can't hear talking between the two rooms. The bathroom is super big. Separate between the shower and the toilet. There is a security guard and a large parking lot. The room is not degraded at all like in the picture. Every detail is neat. The receptionist is very pretty, beautiful and enthusiastic. I texted and asked a lot because it was my first time booking here. If there was any problem with the room, she would help me check it right away. The equipment is so modern that I didn't know how to use it. I had to ask the receptionist for help. Everything is beautiful, the view is also beautiful and the location is also near the center. There are many cafes around. There is plenty of hot water and there is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. I don't know what to complain about. I'll come back next time. The food at the restaurant is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. Everyone can eat at the hotel for convenience.

My overall rating is 7/10 The staff is lovely and attentive. The location is far from the center but the view is extremely beautiful. The hygiene is average. The bathroom has a drain in the shower and there is no dividing wall so water can easily overflow. The only bad thing is that I chose a room with a broken magnetic lock, so I had to wait 2-3 hours to get it fixed but it was not possible and had to use a mechanical lock. In this case, I had to call back to ask because the hotel did not proactively update the lock repair status. To make up for that waiting time, the hotel did not have anything like sending free drinks or any promotions for the next time. This is just my suggestion, because I also work in the customer experience department, so leaving an impression on customers is a touch point for them to consider whether to return to use my service or not.

Very satisfied after staying here for 3 days and 2 nights, Sat-Sun-T2 - Receptionist: polite, courteous, enthusiastic support when guests check in, check out quickly, ready to go to the room to support even at 10pm - Spa: professional hair wash and massage, book 15 minutes in advance with the receptionist. - Room: beautiful, just like the picture, clean room, big King bed, 4 high-quality pillows, I stayed in duplex sea view but on the 3rd floor not too high so the sea view is a bit low, hope to stay on a higher floor next time, the toilet is the most beautiful among the hotels I've visited, the toilet is a bit weak and easily clogged, needs to be improved, the soundproofing is also okay, partly because the hotel is in a quiet location so it's not noisy - breakfast buffet: not too much food but enough for breakfast, the view of the breakfast area is excellent as in the picture - swimming pool: because I went for a few days with light rain so I didn't swim, when I went up to see it, it was okay, nice view - Staff: very ok from the receptionist, bar staff, kitchen staff, room service, spa staff, 10 points for the hotel for training => If you have the chance and conditions, you should come and experience it, will come back

The first thing that impressed me was the reception staff who were very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is located opposite the sea, clean and quiet. The room is spacious, the toilet and bathroom are separate. Breakfast is served a la carte, not buffet.
