Nice centrally located hotel with a nice rooftop pool. Clean and tidy hotel with good amenities. Only complaint was the bed felt super old with the mattress having no padding. The pillows were old too, they had no fluff left.

Good hotel, walkable to the Central Area and attractions. Comfortable room and beds with glass bottled water. Roof pool and adequate gym. Staff were friendly and helpful with all that we needed including restaurant recommendations and booking trips. Slightly annoying that having paid in full for our room and providing a credit card for our incidentals we receive a letter in the room demanding that we come to reception to clear the bill on day two. After we explained we should be able to pay the rest on departure, this didn’t happen again. We would stay again.

In general, i was satisfied for their service specially for the lounge. One thing though, they asked to see my visa when I checked in but this hotel was the first one to ask to show the visa through my over 20 times of my stays in Vietnam since 2017.
Othee than that, the hotel was great for all aspects.
