Hotel on Ha Bong street, walking distance to the beach is quite close Stayed in 2 room types, 1 room with sea view + 1 room without window, it was ok, but the bathroom design was not ok, very cramped and unreasonable When arriving, there was no receptionist to take luggage, the swimming pool was small, like it was to meet the standards but almost no one swims

The distance to the beach is 5 minutes walk, the road in this area is square and the road surface is nice so it is easy to walk, there are many hotels, restaurants and convenience stores around. Friendly receptionist. Room price via traveloka is too cheap compared to the quality of the room. The room is fully equipped with basic amenities, spacious and has natural light. Good soundproofing. The bad point is that the bathroom is stuffy, sometimes there is an unpleasant smell, the base of the wall has small peeling mold stains.

The hotel is nice and great location. However, the service from the F.O is under that make my friends and me waiting and starve for 1.5 hours to wait for rent cars came. If I could give you an advise, Please train/give your F.O english course since their english is hard to understand and same thing happen to other guest who talk with them using google translate? How’s not efficient is that? Your pool on the rooftop is really dirty, there is a lot of lots of dirt settles at the bottom of the pool. You guys have a business in Hospitality which offer a service to customer and communication ( language ) is important

The water flow is quite weak, while I was showering, I ran out of water. When I went to the bathroom, I also ran out of water. I think the person who carries the luggage for the staff needs to create a more sympathetic feeling towards the passengers - not just stare and stare at the passengers. Creates a very uncomfortable feeling every time I pass through the lobby

The place was new and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can rent a motorcycle there and borrow the iron from the receptionists. The breakfast buffet was great, combined between Vietnamese and Western Food. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and easy to reach other sightseeing.

The air condition does not work very well even set at 16 degree with high fan. TV not working (no signal), shower room is very bad smell. However, view is nice (ocean view room). But the nigh is very noisy because loud music of the lounge on the beach even I stay at the level 8.
