I had a bad experience here! Location: 9/10 – Perfect view for enjoying the sunset, and close to both the airport and Duong Dong town. Food: Buffet 6/10 – It wasn’t good. Room: 4/10 – At check-in, they told me I only needed to wait a few minutes for the room to be ready, but it actually took 40 minutes. Then they gave me a combined bed, and the mattress was so old that it made me uncomfortable. They even provided a huge 20-liter water tank, but there was no water inside. And the cost for all that bad experience was 3 million VND. Staff: 4/10 – There was no sympathy for any of these issues. They even asked me four times about late check-out, yet still said no, even though I only requested until 1pm. There are many other resorts in Phu Quoc that are much better than this one.

The bathroom wall is made of glass and the bed is next to the bathroom wall. The glass has a layer of decal BUT if you shower with the bathroom light on - everyone in the room can see you very clearly. I stayed with my wife and a 5 years old daughter and I had to shower at very late night with no light on - or my wife will take my kid out off the room so I can have shower at daytime. I think the Hotel should install a curtain inside the bathroom wall to make it more comfortable for guests.

Location near the airport, center. Enthusiastic staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good view, big swimming pool but when I went it was under renovation so it wasn't very nice and couldn't take pictures, private beach is okay, sand and water color is not very nice, delicious buffet within the price range

Excellent location for family and couples alike. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very close to Duong Dong commune, the airport, and only 15 minutes ride to An Thoi commune. Breakfast is quite delicious and there are many options. Bedrooms are clean, spacious, and very soundproof. My room on the 5th floor has amazing view of the ocean, the garden, and the infinity pool below. The pool is a must-try on your visit. Overall, very satisfied with my 2-day stay at sol phu Quoc!

Buffet sáng quá tệ, không đa dạng, nhân viên phục vụ bếp thái độ không tốt, phòng cũ,tivi kh sử dụng được với mức giá này cảm thấy không xứng đáng!

tiếp tân Tú đón khách mất quá nhiều thời gian, không mời nước welcome. Tôi hỏi nhắc nhở thì không biết xin lỗi KH. Đặt 3 đêm, thanh toán trước đủ 3 đêm nhưng tiếp tân chỉ set chìa khóa 1 đêm. Đêm thứ hai đi chơi về khuya lên phòng không vào phòng được phải trở xuống sảnh nhờ kiểm tra và set chìa khóa lại mới vào phòng. Đi nghĩ dưỡng mà gặp phải tình huống ntn, quý khách sạn nghĩ ntn?
