Sun Clover Boutique Hotel

The hotel is located on the street right in the center but when taking a taxi you have to walk a little bit because they don't allow 4-wheel vehicles going in the opposite direction. The plus point is that the staff is enthusiastic in supporting, however the room I stayed in that day had a broken TV, the air conditioner was old, the room was okay for the price

The situation was handled very poorly and they tried to avoid responsibility. I booked a room and paid in advance, and noted that I would check in at 6am on November 13, 2025, but at 7am on the same day I arrived, they said there were no rooms available. I called the hotel's phone number and they told me to wait until 12pm for guests to check out, but I refused. I asked for a refund so I could find another hotel, but they asked me to cancel on the app, but it wasn't my fault, so I refused. They argued until I asked them to post it on social media before they refunded me. :)) A truly terrible experience
