Never come back, never booked a room like this, so disappointed, the surcharge is wrong and on the app, children under 12 years old are charged 50k, the hotel charges 100k, the hotel doesn't even have a receptionist or customer service when you need to find, call, or call but no one is there. The front is for children's clothing business so it's easy to get confused

When I returned at 2:15 pm, the staff said the room was not ready yet and I had to wait until 3:00 pm to get the room. When I checked in, the bed sheets were very wrinkled, the newly cleaned floor was still wet, there was no bathroom mirror, and the room was very cold.
