Sunflower Hotel and Travel

The actual room and the picture are very different, very very bad (actually, after I checked in, I couldn't stay and had to spend time and money to find another hotel to stay). I stay at such hotels, so I should not put them up for customers to book rooms.

For a budget hotel, location wise was good, in the Old Quarter. We chose this hotel because it is cheap, has elevator and close to Sa Pa Express office. The room was okay, if you are planning to be out and about. Not suitable for relaxing, felt a bit cramped. TV was out of order. No kettle. No water dispenser in the hotel. Toiletries were provided. I was locked out of the hotel when I got back around 11 pm (as I came back from halal food hunting) but luckily the receptionist was sleeping in the lobby and woke up when I knocked the glass door.

The room was delivered to the guest but the room was not cleaned, there were leftover towels used by the previous guest, did not fill the bathroom with the guest, disappointed

Breakfast is not included as shown on the booking information - 2 times a day dehydrated, you have to go to the reception to call to pump water - The bathroom does not have necessary items such as combs, hairdryer - Room is a bit cold because it is not tight , no 2-way air conditioner

Book this room for another room. No room fridge other than the picture. The window is broken.

The room is a bit old but the service staff is good.

The interior was quite old, the air-conditioner of room 502 was quite loud, suitable for the type of travel, just need to sleep, clean and wash :) The hotel has hot water and the location is too ok, close to the coffee street, go to the lake, or Ta Hien bar street is also near. The restaurant is very much around The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic to help. In short, it is still possible to return to the hotel if it is to Ha Noi old town ^^
