I have 6 nights experience here. Cheap compared to hotels and accommodations around, very close to the airport. Enthusiastic guard. When I checked in, I was also happy because it was fully equipped, in the room there was a microwave, refrigerator, TV. The bathroom area has a bathtub. The convenience part is fine. The room is small, but knows how to optimize the room. In general, compared to the fact that I stayed at Ciao hotel 3 nights before and now experience here, I am very satisfied with the money I spent. In addition, there are quite a few banks around there, so there are many office rice shops, there are no porridge noodles, if you don't want to order food, you go out to the street to have food and then you don't have to go far. You walk to the beginning of the street, look to the left, there is a car selling crab soup, I remember it seems to be old fish crab soup, my husband eats 2 portions every morning. When I got there, no one bothered to welcome me. I called the security guard and he only looked at me. When I asked why no one helped me with my luggage, he said it wasn't the security guard's job. I gave him my car to do it myself. I was really shocked. In other places, the security guard would have helped me with everything. I had to find someone to help me contact them in all sorts of ways, but the security guard didn't bother to help me. They even said they only kept the car and didn't help with my luggage. I couldn't stay there, so I left and rented another place. I want my money back.

Description of 24/24 reception, however, when I arrived at 12 o'clock, the door was closed and I rang the bell but it didn't open. The hotline number was called but no one answered. I rented a hotel but still had to sleep on the street. What a terrible experience.

Room soundproofing is too poor. At night when I sleep, the mouse runs to my head. Woke up in the middle of the night to catch a cockroach because there was a leak on the wall and I couldn't sleep. Toilet stinks. Obsess. There don't seem to be any mice upstairs. I live on the ground floor so rats are rampant at night. Horrifying experience.

The room is super cute, the price is too good for the service received, in fact nice and quality than the real photo a lot. The whole apartment area is beautiful from the entrance, hall, garden. I have work in Tan Binh area so I choose here. 5 minutes away to the airport so no time chek in 🥰.
