The services quite good. The bad thing is the pillow got mold. Not one, but two pillows! Can you imagine if you sleep around the mold 😂. Location at the night market but not very convenient because the hotel actually inside the alley

Nice and clean rooms, free mineral water is served every day, full of personal hygiene tools from the smallest simple thing, newly built everything is new, I am quite surprised because it is worth the price. Good service, reasonable price, right in the center so it's very convenient, walking down the hall is to the night market which is always bustling and fun. Especially, the staff is very easy-going, happy, coming to greet and talk to guests enthusiastically, especially Mr. Long, serving enthusiastically, whatever you need, he is there. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Phu Quoc, I will definitely visit and stay. Note that the room is usually full and clean, so please book early before you come, don't let the room run out because the service is good and the location is very convenient.

The hotel forgot one of my room bookings. But then me and my whole family got a bigger room. Generally the room is clean. Near night market, center. Anywhere is convenient. Each hotel crime does not have breakfast but ks. Everything is ok

Convenient location, located in the night market, easy to move to entertainment, dining and entertainment spots. There is a motorbike rental service of 180,000 VND/24 hours. If you need quiet, the rooms on the 5-6th floor, the 3rd floor room with a balcony overlooking the night market can be noisy. The hotel has 02 Receptionists who take turns on duty, but the way they support guests is different, 1 friend is friendly, 1 person is not very happy :) The hotel supports early check-in (if there is a room) , I get to check in 1 hour early; but only for late check-out 30 minutes compared to regulations.

I've been here before, it's ok, but this time I come back, I really recommend not to stay here at all. the bedding is very dirty, the blanket has centipedes, the washing water is yellow with a strong smell of rust, the staff is also very unenthusiastic, set 4p to check in at 2pm, but when the group arrived at 4am, they could stay in for 1 minute. no electricity, wait 2 hours and sex continuously to receive p. Face towels and bath towels are yellow and can't be used. Room 204, the bathroom door is an inner glass door, but the house has a straight door, I don't understand if it's a charm or not. In short, to rate this time, I can't rate it 1 star

The room is fine, but the minus point is that early in the morning when I sleep, the smell of the sewer is so strong that I can't sleep. Shake the whole head. Corner room 204
