It was pretty nice hotel. The staff at the entrance supported everything from renting mortar cycle to booking a bus to Hanoi. They have full view of the beautiful Samson beach, recommend booking a room with balcony. A solid 5 stars to this hotel.

My family recently had a long vacation at Marron Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel's location is right in the center, near the beach square and lively outdoor restaurants, perfect for young people. The only downside is the smelly sewage system, but I think this is a common characteristic of beachfront hotels; turning on the ventilation system solves that problem. I've stayed at many hotels in Sam Son, and after Dragon and the hotels in FLC, Marron is better than the others in terms of rooms, amenities, and service, especially since the hotel doesn't pressure guests to eat. I'm very satisfied!

I rented a room with a city view and my view was just a tiny window, when I opened the curtain, I saw the hotel right across the street; the room was not cleaned properly; the bathroom towels were no longer white; the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the sink was dirty and clogged, I cleaned it myself and cleared the blockage quickly to avoid having to call. I paid an extra charge for one more person but was not allowed to set up an extra set of personal items. The only good thing is that the receptionist is friendly, the hotel is located across the street from the beach, I have stayed here several times and this year I came back and saw that everything in the room was old and had not been replaced, the breakfast was poorer than before... I hope the hotel will invest in replacing it with something new. Another inconvenience is that the car will have to be parked in a far away and very hot place😅

Nice view, dirty room, glass door facing the sea is covered with someone's *smell but the staff didn't clean it, it looks disgusting. Dinner at the hotel was pretty bad, oysters were 25k each, the dish was cold and rotten, my family returned the oyster dish. I ate a bowl of clam soup, every one had grit in it, the boiled vegetable dish was a mixed plate of 3-4 pieces of sweet corn, a few pieces of squash or pumpkin, a little bit of each, a plate of stir-fried squid, braised meat, 2 cans of beer, total bill was nearly 800. In return, the staff was friendly.

Rèm thanh nan rất khó để thả hết xuống, các phòng đều vậy, khiến cho mình rất khó chịu trong việc che cửa kính nhà tắm, che cửa sổ để ngủ vào ban ngày. Phòng 814 nhà tắm không có chốt cửa bên trong. Mình đi vào ngày vắng khách nên việc phục vụ Buffet sáng của khách sạn là không có. Khách cho mỗi người nhà mình 1 bát bún bò vừa mặn, vị toàn mì chính ăn rất chán. Các bạn nhân viên thì ok, nhiệt tình dễ gần, thái độ tốt.

Lần thứ 2 mình chọn The Marron cho kỳ nghỉ của gia dinh, lần này mình ở đông hơn, thuê tổng 9 phòng đủ các hạng phòng. Về vị trí khách sạn thì mình thấy rất ổn, gần các quán ăn, caphe. thẳng sang đường là biển thì cần cải tạo con đường để sạch hơn nhé, về phòng khách sạn thì các cửa và bề mặt tủ.. bám nhiều bụi bẩn, mặc dù đang mùa du lịch ltuc khách chứ không phải mùa vắng lâu không có ai ở để dọn phòng, vẫn vấn đề ăn sáng thì 9h đã không mang thêm ra đồ ăn thậm chí hôm nhà mình thấy 8h40’ đã hết sạch bánh mỳ cũng không có ra thêm với lí do hôm nay đông không nên hết sớm :)) ồ thế không đông đâu phải do khách vừa tới bất ngờ như quán ăn sáng nhỉ? Bánh mỳ chả đáng giá bao nhiều nhưng cách phục vụ và trả lời khách hàng như vậy rất mất điểm; chưa kể giá phòng ngang với khách sạn khác (cùng thời điểm) nhưng phòng khách sạn khác rộng hơn và ăn sáng phong phú chuyên nghiệp hơn nhiều… Đồng ý lựa chọn trung tâm thì chấp nhận, nhưng những điều nhỏ khách sạn chỉn chu hơn cũng sẽ mang lại trải nghiệm hoàn hảo hơn cho khách hàng còn mong muốn quay lại cũng như gthieu cho người thân, bạn bè… Một điểm nữa về lễ tân, có 3 bạn thì mình thấy bạn gái thì rất tưoi cừoi vui vẻ và thân thiện với khách; 1 bạn gái trẻ hơn thì giao tiếp với khách mà mặt cứ nhăn lại, cách nói chuyen trả lời khách cũng không nhiệt tình.. còn 1 bạn nam trực đêm thì chắc để cho đủ ngừoi chứ cũng không niềm nở nói chuyen nhiệt tình cùng khách đâu:)). mình đi trái mùa thì nhận thấy nhân viên khách sạn cứ gặp không là không nchuyen và chào ko; giờ quay lại không hiểu do đông không mệt hay tnao nhưng hoàn toàn lại không thấy điều đó ở các bộ phận trong khách sạn nữa, đi qua khách như không quen biết..có thêm người đi cùng thì nchuyen sôi nổi:))) Hy vọng quản lí khách sạn sẽ đọc được ý kiến của khách hàng để mang lại cho mình 1 thương hiệu hệ thống có tâm và có tầm hơn nữa❤️

Clean rooms, enthusiastic staff. But I was bothered quite a lot by guests there so I was a bit disappointed. I don't know how because of the room instructions, but after 3 times the children rang the room bell and 1 time the adults pressed the bell and rushed into the room, making me quite uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can make an extra switch in the room for ringing the doorbell to avoid affecting others like me.
