14h50, I just came to check in and the receptionist said I did not know how to check the web on the reservation number because no one woke him up when he went to work. Calling the hotel owner to make us wait for 40 minutes still did not solve the check in for us. The receptionist was very impolite when answering customers that she had just booked an room 1 hour before, so why was it on the app? Really disappointed in the reception of the staff and the hostess here. In the end, after waiting, Thao Vy gave us 2 rooms with the price of more than VND 500k (my book room is more than VND 400k) because we did not agree to take the stairs from the 7th floor to the 8th floor because of too many items. The staff cleaning the room is quite lazy, informing the guest that it is too busy to clean the room, moving the guest room around. It turned out that lying in the lunch break turned on the TV to watch entertainment even though it was 2pm. The reception is good, courteous.
