The hotel supports luggage storage before check-in time. The hotel is in the old quarter and near Hoan Kiem Lake and the church. It is very convenient to walk there.

No seeding, because I hesitated for a long time before booking this hotel. Service, rooms, cleanliness, great experience. The receptionists are also friendly and enthusiastic. Next time I come back to Hanoi, I will book this place 😚

The room was a bit stuffy and cramped, it was a bit easier to breathe on the second day, the bathroom was clean. The hotel owner was friendly, the alley was small and cars couldn't get in, there was no place to park overnight.

Cảm ơn The Queen Hotel đã cho mình thuê phòng. Mình thuê phòng ở gần bệnh viện Quân đội 108 để nghỉ lại, sáng hôm sau đi nhận kết quả xét nghiệm. Tuy có hơi bí một chút nhưng phòng sạch sẽ, an toàn nên mình được nghỉ ngơi thoải mái. Cảm ơn The Queen Hotel ạ.

Phòng hơi có mùi nên nhân viên lau sàn thơm cũng ok, phòng cũ có cải tạo thì tạm ổn với mức giá, máy lạnh hơi cũ, nói chung ổn nên đặt nếu muốn nghỉ lưng để đi chơi vì vị trí gần sát nhà thờ Lớn và đi bộ 5' ra hồ Gươm, nhân viên nhiệt tình xách đồ lên lầu 3 cho mình, nhẹ nhàng.
