No rooms available but still accepting bookings on the app. No contact with guests. Traveling far away is tiring as a dog without a place to stay.
The staff and hotel owner are terrible. Blaming the app and the customer for handling the situation

Bác chủ nhà dễ gần, khách sạn gần phố cổ nên rất tiện lợi. Nhà mk thấy rất thoải mái, phòng cũng rất sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. Cảm ơn bác chủ nhà nhiều.
