We booked a room with a bathtub and the bath didn’t work. And this was the only reason we opted for early check in. I asked for a new room because it was obvious the bathtub wouldn’t work but the female manager didn’t want to help us. Instead she demanded we pay the full night stay for the previous night because we checked in at 6am. I told her we are not paying for anything extra especially since we paid extra for a room with a bath tub. Eventually they gave us a new room but it was so much unnecessary havoc. Then before check out she made my husband take a photo of her to write a google review. They kept offering us free drinks and water to make up for what happened but it was just a bit annoying.
Regardless the room was clean, they had a moped for hire, and we got new towels everyday. If you’re looking for a back room in hcmc then this is great.

Entrance to the hotel lobby is down the parkade ramp to the basement, then elevator to the 11th floor lobby. Staff was friendly but spoke very limited English.
Room was cool, clean and tidy. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was adequate.

Its a nice centrally located in Dist. 3. Walkable to downtown venues. Surrounded by various eateries of both restaurants and street foods which Vietnam is known for. Staff was extremely helpful. If you need anything, all you do is ask. They will give you the support needed. Will return to this location again.

I stayed due to a meeting at my embassy and although I stayed in my room preparing documents the day before the meeting, the staff checked in to see if I needed clean towels, to take out the garbage, to give me more water, etc. They were very attentive.

The location of this hotel is great. One can walk to the city center. The stuff members were also quite friendly. However, one of the reviews here was correct: there was no bed sheet for the blanket! Like zero. Not even when I asked for one. There’s sheet on the mattress, but nothing covering the duvet. I didn’t like it. Also the bathroom wasn’t clean - there were used towels and floor was wet. Also the room was super small.

To enter the hotel one needs to go down a steep ramp to the basement then elevator to the reception on 11th floor, a weird arrangement. The night staff set the rule that NO visitor is allowed in the room after 9pm. This rule is kept by the night staff, not posted in the room. Must avoid this hotel !! Terrible experience

There were cigarette butts on the balcony when we arrived and when we left, never cleaned. The room was not clean. The bathtub with shower was unsafe, really no flat bottom to stand and very high sides. No hot water.

The hotel is located on a very busy street in the center of District 3, so it is always noisy both day and night. I am staying in a city-view room, so the noise comes through the window, and you can hear the traffic sounds in the room. The hotel staff is friendly and hospitable. However, some facilities in the room are not provided, such as a full-length mirror. I told the hotel manager to add this small item because it is very uncomfortable for both of us to use the same mirror in the restroom.

Location not so bad. Executive apartment rather good.
The real problem is the mattress on the main bed. It is still covered in plastic foil making it very squeaky, slippery and uncomfortable. We asked at the reception to look into it but nothing happened.
