When looking at the photos of the places, I was a bit worried because there were few real photos, afraid that the place would not be the same as the picture, so I also looked at the reviews of the places and found that they were generally good, so I decided to book. When I arrived, everything was better than expected. The new room was beautiful, fully furnished and all good stuff, not just for show. I chose a room with a sea view, but actually it wasn't much of a sea, it was a bit far away and this sea was not swimmable. The location is in a new urban area, so it was quiet at night, there were few lights so it was a bit dark, and it wasn't too far to go around Phan Thiet to eat and drink. The staff were wonderful, enthusiastic and kind, and they supported the guests very thoughtfully. Guests were helped to carry their suitcases, and when it rained, I was told to be careful on the slippery road when I rode a motorbike. I only had a buffet breakfast and found it quite delicious, the staff were always on duty to fill up the items in time, the minus point was that the space in this area was a bit narrow. Overall everything is quite similar to other guests' reviews, friendly staff, new, clean and beautiful rooms and facilities, good food, quiet location, not as nice a view as expected but airy, but if you want to go to the beach to swim, it's a bit far.

Experience because the soundproofing is very poor, the breakfast buffet is not diverse, the staff is not really enthusiastic. The biggest plus point is that the hotel is in an easy-to-access location, the hotel is still very new, the seafood noodle buffet is very delicious. The bathroom is too small. The price is not commensurate with the quality of the room!!! Space/facilities: okay Food: okay Support staff: okay Bright spot: delicious noodles Price: okay Location: good

The hotel is new so it is clean. The bathroom is simple but the layout is ok and nice. One minus point is that it is far from the beach so for my family who is very lazy to travel, it will be difficult to swim in the sea. The kids slept late so when they woke up, they were reluctant to go to the beach.

Everything was okay. The room was bright because it had a balcony, but when I entered, there was a three-drill ant in the bathroom. I searched to see if there were any more, but luckily there was only one, so I didn't ask the hotel to change rooms. The room's soundproofing was a bit poor. The breakfast was moderate and easy to eat. The receptionist and hotel security were very enthusiastic.

The double room was too small, like using a single room and putting 2 beds in. There was just enough space to walk back and forth. The soundproofing was too bad, I could hear footsteps and chairs being pulled from the upper floors, and the noise from the hallway was very noisy. The breakfast buffet was small and not delicious. The hotel should have a la carte menu so that guests could order the food, which would be more delicious and economical.

The hotel is okay. There is support for 30-minute early check-in. Friendly receptionist. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant is not diverse but the taste is suitable for me. Location near the beach (walk about 7-10 minutes to Doi Duong beach), near Lotte Mart & Coopmart. Convenient to move to check-in locations (Doc Hoang Hon, Thap Poh Sa Puh, Bai Da Ong Dia). If I have the opportunity to visit Phan Thiet, I will continue to book a room here.

The location's great: very close to the beach while still can easily travel to the center of Phan Thiet city, quiet & clean. Breakfast with buffet was very good. I do not really like the design of the room which makes it look much smaller than its actual size yet I like the view from the balcony. Staffs are just ok, the 1st lady we met at the receptionist seems not very enthusiastic, to be honest...
