Very impressed, the view is amazing, the staff is polite. We went up before check-in time, but the staff let us check into the room first. The room is clean, giving a feeling of loving nature. The food is a bit expensive. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Everything is good. The breakfast buffet tastes good. The croissants are very delicious. The butter smells great. Anyone who comes to Sapa must stay here. I recommend it. It's a bit expensive, but it feels really good.

Every year I come here to stay for at least 3 days. This year is still as happy as every year, except for the weak shower water. My hair is so long and thick that I can't wash it.

Pros-It is really a place to rest and relaxation in nature. Everything here is great, specially the infinity pool and view from it. I was really have a good time staying in such a beautiful hotel on top of the mountain. Cons-Just the price is a little bit high and not many food to choose.

All staffs are polite, nice and kind with service mind. It may not a 5 stars but the services are above 5 stars. The breakfast is kind of limit. The way to lodge is very far with rough road. One thing that kind of bother me is the distance between my room -> breakfast -> lobby. It consumed me lot of energy.

The location is too far, the design of the area is beautiful but the layout is not reasonable. I stay in the Deluxe Suite, the room has 2 floors, but I have to go upstairs to shower and then go downstairs to change. The location of the room to the swimming pool and to eat is quite far, it's cold after taking a shower, it's easy to catch a cold.

A relaxing stay away from the burden of the city. The view from the swimming pool and from the restaurant/bar is very nice. It's very chilled walking along the paths, enjoying the fresh air. However, there are not many choices for local food in this resort, and the price is high, while eating out is impossible as the resort is located in an isolated area with no surrounding restaurants and the roads leading to the resorts are hard for driving/motorcycling. Besides, there is not much to do here so I suggest staying one night is enough. Overall, it's a nice stay.
