I arrived at the hotel at 5am but still get a normal room, not wait until 2pm as other places. Newly built rooms are clean. Friendly employee. My room overlooking the rice fields and mountains is also quite ok. Convenient hotel location to go to Trang An and Tam Coc.

Phòng rất xấu, dơ và khác xa trên hình. Cảm giác giống như nhà có nhiều phòng ở không hết nên cho thuê vậy. Phòng vệ sinh gạch ốp nham nhở, đầu giường bụi, tủ lạnh không có gì ngoài chai nước ai uống còn 1 xíu để lại, máy sấy tóc gãy phích. Vc thấy ớn quá đến nỗi tối mặc áo khoác ngủ không dám đắp mền vì sợ mền chưa giặt :(( Một điều lạ là từ lúc đến và đi mình tự lấy chìa khoá lên phòng và tự trả lại chìa khoá trên bàn thông qua gọi điện cho bác chủ ks. 1 ngày mình ở chỉ gặp chị tạp vụ 2 lần, ngoài ra không thấy ai trực lễ tân hay bảo vệ hay khách gì hết. Vì mình đi xuyên việt nhiều nơi và thanh toán rồi, nghĩ là chỉ ngủ 1 đêm rồi trả phòng sớm nên ráng ở chứ thấy ở ngoài thực tế vậy cho tiền thêm mình cũng không ở nữa. Những lời nhận xét hơi chân thực, mong khách sạn cải thiện thật nhiều và traveloka phải cung cấp hình ảnh chân thực và cập nhật nhất để khách hàng có những lựa chọn phù hợp.
