Khách sạn không có hệ thống sưởi ấm. Phòng quá lạnh cho thời tiết 13 độ. Dù đã tắt máy lạnh nhưng họng gió vẫn thổi, nên phải lấy khăn bịt bớt họng gió. Alo nhân viên 5 lần thì "nhân viên nói để báo kỹ thuật", nhưng final thì vẫn không ấm. Tắt máy lạnh thì lại bị ngộp.

Hotel facilities are too bad. Room is smaller than standard. The toilet does not have a hood and is next to the bed (due to the baby's room), the hotel is located in the same building with other offices. When parking, there is no one to guide. It has a reputation for technology, but apart from the self-illuminating electric bulb, there is no such thing as technology. Feeling cheated compared to the price of the room in the province
