Chúng tôi đã thanh toán tiền phòng nhưng khi đến nơi thì khách sạn báo hết phòng. Chúng tôi phải đi tìm khách sạn khác để ở trong đêm trong khi đoàn chúng tôi có 3 trẻ em nhỏ dưới 5 tuổi. Chúng tôi thật sự không hài lòng với cách làm việc và thái độ phục vụ của khách sạn.
