Vibi motel Hòn Rơm

An experience couldn't be worse! 1. The address on the app is not the same as the real address. We booked a room here because on the app it was very close to Mui Ne market, Fishing Village,... But the real address is at least 6km away from the above points. The homestay is in a deep alley and the road is quite difficult to navigate, making it inconvenient to park a car. Around the housing area are many graves. We were shocked when we first arrived. Sleeping at night was quite scary but luckily nothing happened. 2. Room amenities are not good: no refrigerator, no water heater. 3. Super many insects: mosquitoes, grasshoppers, bees. The room door was closed but mosquitoes still came through from the bathroom and we were stung and itchy all over. 4. Domestic water is not clean. Washing water has too much moss and dirt. We use a cloth to filter the water and the result is that the entire cloth turns green after just a few rinses. My friend and I had swollen eyes while we were here. We hope it's not due to the water. 6. The price of 320-350k per night is equal to motels in densely populated areas, more convenient and modern. 7. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic but cannot save the quality of the place. I actually thought a lot before writing this feedback because I didn't want to affect anyone's business, but the experience was so bad. We just hoped the day would end soon so we could leave somewhere else and when we found another motel, we were relieved because those bad experiences were gone. Everyone refer to my feedback to book a room. If the above does not affect your experience, I hope you will still support it because the owner is very kind and the people in that area have not promoted tourism so the service is still limited.
