Poor facilities. For example: refrigerator running but not cold, air conditioning is not adjustable, poor hygiene, especially very dirty toilets, stagnant water. In general, this time will not be selected again

The attitude of bad staff, toilet facilities is much damaged, air conditioning is hot, I go to rent right away, I can't stand it, never come back to this hotel anymore

The hotel is clean, but the room layout is not as expected (book a room with 2 single beds but give a room with 1 double bed), the 2nd day change to a twin room, the room does not have a key, each time to the right Thanks to the receptionist for help. No breakfast service at the hotel, somewhat inconvenient. Hopefully the hotel will increasingly improve the service stage to operate more efficiently.
