The villa campus is a wonderful green area. Everything is taken care of carefully, I woke up early in the morning to see the staff watering and trimming the plants very carefully. Even the pot of water is also put flowers in and every day is different. It feels so delicate. Villa will be for those who want to have a truly "don't-want-to-do" vacation, just hang around and breathe in the air and enjoy time by the beach and the villa grounds. Aria has a private beach, the pool is a bit small, so I always watch the time when the children are bathed before going to the lake for comfort, besides that, there is no problem because the staff cleans the lake every day, which is quite reassuring. The room is spacious, there is a remote to control the ceiling lights, the interior is a bit old but that's okay. And the villa is about environmental protection, I like this point. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center from Aria, so it's a bit inconvenient if you want to eat local food, but there is a convenient place to rent a motorbike opposite. I will come back here if I have the opportunity to travel to Phan Thiet :D

Everything about this property was excellent. The check in procedures were quick and easy. Everything was explained and the staff were super accommodating and friendly. The property was very clean and modern. This is actually one of the most well kept properties I've stayed in in Vietnam. I would recommend and hope to visit them again soon. Property was perfectly located near many restaurants and shops. I wanted to rent a motorbike for one day and they quickly got me one although it was 9pm. Loved it!

Great location as near to many restraunts, great rooms very comfortable and spacious. Staff didn’t speak much English, even ordering eggs for breakfast caused confusion for staff who didn’t even to understand the options given although it was in vietnamaise and English. Beer was warm and bar area lacking any atmosphere.

We had a very good time here because it is a quite resort, lot of attention to customers, afternoon tea offered for all guests, kind and very welcoming staff. Our kids, 3 and 5 years old, loved swimming pool and beach just in front. Room was very big as well as the terrace. Everything very confortable. We eat always at the restaurant and food was delicious. Guests mostly from Korea. Few from Europe, no Russians.

Amazing, clean and spacious room, all green garden, big bathroom. Great service and facilities. Fantastic view at pool and restaurant at beach. Reasonable price and good food. Free fruits to welcome and free afternoon tea. Lemongrass oil candle keeping mosquito away at night. All natural body and hair care products. Had a great night and extended the stay.

Very tiny resort with rude night reception lady asking to keep our passports (saying hotel policy is to do so instead of making copies). We refused and the lady finally went to make copy. Room is very basic, bed linen thin and blackish, already worn out and needs to be upgraded !!! Breakfast with very limited choice and not so fresh. Staff needs more training on how to service clients. definitely not worth 4-star with very so so room facilities.

Very tiny villa. Facilities are old, window door can't closed properly. Noise from neighbour since house is too closed. No privacy. Only one restaurant, functional for all F&B. Some waiter is not diligent. When asking for tea or coffee, the waiter responded for self help. Normally most of good resort will helps, its first time we received response like that. So disappointed of message as well, messager was hired from outside. Only two outdoor beds for message with no privacy.
