The location of the hotel is very strategic everywhere, if you want to find food, just walk. For vegetarians, you don't need to worry, because there are also many vegetarian restaurants around the hotel. If you want to go to Train Street or Joseph Cathedral, you can walk too. The most important thing is that the staff is very friendly, the room is clean. Leaving suitcases overnight is also permitted.

I stayed 2 nights at the Vision Premier Hotel, the service was very friendly. I checked in at midnight around 12 o'clock and the receptionist was still waiting for me. For breakfast because I'm Muslim, I was specially made noodles with beef because they know I don't eat anything like that provided by the hotel. When I wanted to check out early morning, they also prepared bread and coffee for take away, thank you all, especially the guy whose name I don't know but he really cares about me 👏. Overall is good for stay and anything 🤩🥳.

⚠️Warning!!!! Lost items in hotel room first day still have ,but gone 1 item when packed suitcase on day 5 to checkout ,room quite old and dirty under bed has many dust , the AC water leak The staff are friendly at reception . ⚠️Thai people please read!! There is a lost item, stolen in the hotel, did not get it back. It is L'OCCITANE body oil, bought from Thai duty free 2 bottles. When checking in on the first day, took it out of the bag, it was still there. On the 5th day, 1 bottle was missing, leaving only the box that was stuffed in the original bag. There is a sign of unpacking at the bottom of the box to show. There are only a few people who can enter and exit because they are allowed to clean the room on the 2nd-3rd day. And on the 3rd day, when leaving, lock the room and come back, it seems like the room was unlocked when turning the key. The room is quite old. The air conditioner is dripping water. There is dust under the bed. The only good thing is that the receptionist is friendly.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, you only need to walk to visit the old quarter, Lake Hoankiem, and churches and shopping centers, the hotel staff is very friendly, they allow you to check in early, help find a taxi to the airport, the cleanliness of the room is also very good, and Well, there's no need to worry when staying here. There are lots of guidebooks in the hotel lobby to determine the itinerary if we go to Hanoi. The hotel also provides maps and city tour packages if we need them.

I didn't see the staff informing me where to eat breakfast while the room booking section said breakfast was included. Instructions to go to the room to check in. I was booked on the 8th floor which was a bit of a surprise because there was no elevator so I had to carry my stuff on foot. The floor next to the common room is okay

It was great staying in this hotel, but I got a little bit of difficulty because my room was on the 8th floor, the suite one, but the lift only goes until the 6th floor, but overall everything was good, and one thing more, our hotel was in front of Germany Friendship Hospital, which is a very crowded area 😍.

The hotel is close to everywhere, many food vendors, the staff are very friendly and can speak English, the environment around the hotel is always quiet because it is near the hospital. An extraordinary experience. The weather is friendly, while staying at this hotel we always walk to tourist attractions because they are close, the route only goes around to the old quarter area.
