The hotel is located about 300m from Ben Thanh market. Location easy to go around, located in the city center always. Staffs are friendly, enthusiastic, rooms are nice and clean. Nice swimming pool and pub on the floor. It was so mesmerizing

I have stayed there before in there suite which was ok this time I booked a normal room which is smaller than a bedroom dirty and fotos online our deceiving I would advise not to stay here over priced

This hotel was great for its value. The location is excellent. Close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Room 701 was spacious with a great view. The reason for 3 stars are:
-the shower is not enclosed enough. It leaks and the whole floor gets wet.
-the restaurant needs to update their menu and upgrade the quality of the food. They also should not charge extra for espresso or cappuccino when you get the breakfast buffet.
-the rooftop view is amazing but the area needs updating.
-the lobby smells strange.
Overall an average pleasant stay. The staff is amazing. Thank you.

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to Saigon. It was centrally located, easy to walk places. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the staff went above and beyond.

The room smelled of mildew when we entered, and the shower had a window curtain that was moldy. Shower set up (partial glass with no curtain) makes it really hard to not get water outside the shower area even when showering close to the wall. Lighting for all mirrors was somehow challenging if you apply makeup. Gym only had two treadmills and I think one bike in a tight space, no weights. All staff were friendly except the staff at the front desk. Breakfast that we included in the reservation only had one tasty dish, better off finding breakfast elsewhere. During check out they made us wait for them to inspect the room but they did not pass us an item our friend left for us at the front desk, so that’s gone forever. That said, they were kind enough to provide extra towels since the wet towels couldn’t try and show us how to get warmer shower water (it wasn’t very hot if you’re used to hot showers).

It was a great property and it is located in an area where you can walk to all the main attractions in the city. The pool bar is fantastic and a lot of fun after a busy day sight seeing. Recommend this property.

This was a perfect spot for us, within walking distance of multiple eateries, Ben Thanh market, Central market, Saigon Square, spa places, Viên Bue party street. The hotel was clean, spacious rooms, nice little rooftop spa pool and a decent breakfast buffet. We stayed 7 days and are very happy with our choice.

Property is good. Breakfast buffet is ok. The property is super close to Ben Thanh Market (we're talking 2 min walk), but it's on a very busy street so difficult to get a cab.

I was put in room 206. This room doesn’t have a window. The room itself is fine, pretty standard. The issue is there is 0 sound proofing. Right below floor 2 is M. Which is where they serve breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which means noise starts around 5-530am. I could hear so much happening and chairs being dragged (was that upstairs or downstairs, I have no idea). Doorbell next to my room would ring and it sounds like it’s for my room. The hotel is right across the street from the train station/park and it’s very lively. You will hear noise coming through at night. I tried to sleep in from my restless night but they started to drill and construction during the day. There’s just 0 sound proofing. I didn’t get good rest here. Even if you used something to try to block out the noise you could physically feel it. I would not pay this kind of money and stay here again. There’s better locations that will be more restful.
Oh also, your cellphone reception doesn’t work in the room. You’re somehow in a dead zone. I had to rely on their wifi which also wasn’t great. It kept cutting in/out.
I thought about complaining but for 3 nights it just wasn’t worth it. I won’t be back.
