Good service for those who like to relax, family, clean rooms are a bit small, there is an extra charge for children, enthusiastic staff to support wholeheartedly, there are trams and buses in the ecosystem, distinguishing between out-of-towners and locals. Locals get a 50 percent discount on amusement park tickets.

Being a loyal customer for many years, but this time there is a serious shortage of staff so the service is not attentive, there are not many combos in the CV area like before so the room here will hardly be a choice for customers

The resort is clean and quiet. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Guests are picked up by electric car to sightseeing spots, restaurants... very convenient. This is a suitable destination for couples, families...

I went on holiday and was wondering where to stay, then I saw resort wonderland, everything was great. Especially the staff here, there was Thanh Cong who was happy to welcome and enthusiastic. But the facilities were lacking, the lobby had no air conditioning, it was terribly hot, there was no swimming pool or children's play area in the resort. The construction was not completed or something, but the green space was cool, the rooms had air conditioning so I was satisfied.

I came here for the first time but felt very comfortable, the rooms are bungalows which are very pretty, the staff has Mr. Cong who is very enthusiastic in supporting the family and giving advice on parks and places to eat in the Nova area which are very reasonable. When leaving, Mr. Cong even came out to greet me at the car, when I arrived I didn't expect much because the resort is new but the welcome and service were very attentive. Will come back

Resort without swimming pool. If you want to swim, you have to buy a ticket to the water park next door.
There is a shuttle bus to Bikini Beach. But it does not pick up and drop off guests on the street near the beach, you have to walk across the large square
There are very few chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
The room is small, no other amenities.
The breakfast buffet is not diverse.
I checked out, waited for a long time but did not see the staff say that the procedure was completed, until I could not wait any longer and asked, then they answered that it was done.
A very bad experience and will not come back for a second time.

The only plus point is that the electric bus staff is very enthusiastic and quick.
+ The check-in staff is not reasonable when arranging the room.
+ The bathroom floor has no slope, causing the bathroom to be flooded - it is easy to slip when walking.
+ There is no tea table - making it impossible to have a place to sit and drink water.
+ The view is completely internal, cannot see the outside scenery, very cramped.

Friendly employee. Traveling by electric car to surrounding amenities is quite convenient and quick. Suitable for families with young children because the room ticket includes water park tickets, shuttle bus to Bikini beach and Circus land. My family went on the same occasion as the Mister Vietnam Fashion show finals, so it was quite perfect

This place is quite beautiful and peaceful. The room is very clean, new, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive. When you need to go somewhere, there is an electric car, which is very convenient. Free 1-time water park ticket is quite good. Around there are safari, dinosaurs, ... 299k for 5 services is also quite good. The service is very attentive when the staff turns on the air conditioner for guests. There are many car parking spaces. The house is quite unique. The room is very clean. The minus point is that the room does not have a refrigerator and the restaurant's breakfast buffet is quite normal at 6.5/10. About 10-15 minutes drive from the center, if you go by car, it's not a problem, but if you go on your own, a 2-way grab is about 400, which is quite expensive:))) It's worth trying this summer. The price of Apps is too good ❤️ each room I booked applied the zalopay promotion and you only had about 1.3 million left.
