Old homestay, not clean, hot water not hot, air conditioner not cold

Our group booked 4 people, before we came, we had called to check in late at around 10 - 11pm due to flying from Saigon. So when we arrived, we had to wait for the receptionist to call, talk to the hostess or something. I heard that there was a room there so there was no room 4. We were placed on room 6 in the attic, the air conditioner was not cold but only a little light. You bring 2 fans to make up. Well, okay. However, the blanket is quite foul, smells like a long humid day, looks a bit black, not clean. I don't know how the other room is but at this price I think it's okay to accept it. Generally not as expected but in return, some of the staff are enthusiastic, cute.

Bathroom had no hangers, clogged sink, old room. The bedroom smells, wet. Nice staff, 2 cute dogs.

The service attitude of the staff and management is very poor, booked and paid, but when not coming to check in because no check in before 24 hours and cancel the room for other guests to rent even though 100% paid and until 12h The next day is over. The manager and the staff did not push to wait for a long time. Humid, very dirty room with smell, no air conditioner remote, dirty toilet, smell, no key. Overall very bad and never come back

The room is low, the room and the blanket are full of moisture, there is no slippers in the room, it is very difficult to sleep, the room has breakfast, but it is only shrimp noodles and self-cooked, but in return the enthusiastic staff. In general it will not come back, because it's so far away from the center.

The water heater is broken, it cannot be used. The old room, leaking water, looks very dirty. The locker must be self-contained, the hostel has no lock.

I booked a fem dorm spot but they ran out of it so they made me an offer to switch to mix dorm instead, which I reluctantly agreed. Worst choice I ever made. The room was clean, but due to it being mix dorm, there was no locks to the lockers. I didn't know you had to bring your own lock because my previous hostel already possessed them. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bath towels. I barely get any sleep because two of my other roomates snored too loud, plus there was a rat that kept coming back at night, making rustling sound, disturbing my sleep. I wouldn't come back. Also this place is near a highway, so it gets really loud because of traffic.

Quite clean, strong hot water, friendly reception and in front of the hostel there are delicious and cheap rice shops.

The room was a bit dirty, and above the room book, there was breakfast and when there was no breakfast, when I arrived there. In general, the price is good but I think it should be accurate.

The hotel is in a good location but the service is not good, so please try to improve next time

They didn’t book the room, they gave it to other customers. The time we arrived no more rooms available. They don’t know the SOP, no manners at all they did not even say sorry about what they did. They let us wait for long and didn’t give us any assistance. They are not good.

Staff is very cute. The bed is not changed often so it smells and sticks some things on it. The murky toilet looked a bit awful. The stairs go up to the super kid, carrying the suitcase up and down too extreme.
