Dianne and Chris are such wonderful hosts, making the whole family welcome from minute one. And the breakfast was tremendous, grapefruit segments and crispy bacon were a particular treat :-)

Comfortable room with onsuite facilities. I slept well.

The owner was super helpful and friendly. There was no issue with cleanliness and the bed was comfotable. Breakfast was wonderful, so much so that no more meals were needed for the rest of the day! A real belly buster!

Was greeted warmly by the hostess on arrival, she even offered to carry my bag up to my room! (I declined the kind offer!) The room was compact and en'suite with a sparkling bathroom, the shower was great with plenty of water pressure. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I was able to adjust it to my liking, when I mentioned this the hosts were very concerned and said they would give the bed a check out after I left. Breakfasts (I was there 2 nights) were lovely, fresh and well cooked. Nothing seemed to much trouble for the hosts and I was made to feel very welcome. I shall return.

Had a lovely stay here, our host couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was very good. Decent value for money, only a couplen of mins walk to shops/restaurants and in a quiet location.

Had a lovely room with private bathroom as I asked for a bath. Great hospitality from Diane nothing too much trouble. Great breakfast. Would recommend as one of the cheapest around Colwyn Bay

An excellent guest house. My room was a good size, en suite, comfortable and immaculately clean. Diane was extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly throughout my stay and the breakfast was very good quality. Highly recommended and excellent value for money too - I will certainly stay here again if I'm in north Wales.

Immaculately clean, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly hosts, good breakfast, terrific value. Although my room was not on suite, it had a well-equipped private bathroom.

Me and my boyfriend wanted nights away! Had a really nice stay and made us feel very welcome! Had food on the second night at the restaurant and really enjoy the food and drinks! Breckfast the next day was lovely and really enjoyed it too start off our day! Will defo stay again xx

We had a really wonderful stay here. Lovely guest house, clean, quiet, warm and inviting. Diane and Chris were perfect hosts very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Diane has added so many lovely touches it really felt like home from home. Everything we could possibly need was provided both in the room and bathroom. Breakfast choice was extensive, plus there was the offer to provide anything else we might like which was not already listed. My husband had a full english breakfast which was beautifully cooked. Diane was on hand if we needed more tea etc We will definately stay with them again when we are next in the area.
