Glenavon Guesthouse

Lovely little guest house. Bright airy bedroom, tiny shower room, but perfectly functional .Really good breakfast. Debbie and Neal were friendly hosts.

Fabulous Loacation and Hosts who were lovely. Excellent Breakfast which was cooked to order, so much better that Buffet Breakfast which are always cold. The Bed was very comfy and the Bedroom location very quiet. Not a lot more to say except it was brilliant.

Neil and Debbie were excellent hosts, everything was terrific. Will be returning

This was just an overnight stop on our way to catch the ferry over to Ireland but it really fit the bill. Very friendly couple running the guest house who were happy to share local information

From arriving to leaving the hosts were friendly welcoming and understanding. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of hot and cold food. I had a full breakfast each day which was cooked fresh. The whole building is spotlessly clean. The rooms are plenty big enough with fresh towels. I will be back.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, room was perfect, very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Breakfast options were very good with a delicious cooked full English breakfast Neal and Debbie were fabulous hosts. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time we visit llandudno

The welcome at Glenavon was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The room was well balanced and roomy and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was superb and dining room bright. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to be back.

Neil and Debbie are the perfect hosts, they couldn't have been more helpful. From information when we arrived, where to park for free, providing a map of the local area, best places to eat of an evening. Breakfast was quite generic, but not lacking because of this. Beautifully cooked and to your exact requirements. They are planning to retire in a few years time, so if you want the perfect stay at the perfect place, then book within the next few years before you miss out.

we have stopped in lots of guest houses but this was the best . friendly, really clean ideally situated from sea front, pubs , & shops

We stayed in room 7 which was on the top floor. There are exposed beans as this part of the house was originally the attic…they are quite low in places so this room may not be appropriate for taller individuals. Room was quite small but adequate with a comfy bed. Big bathroom…toilet is again under a sloping roof so watch your head! Only downside was the shower pressure…not the best but enough. Breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again 😀👍

This is our third stay at Glenavon and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is central to everything. Neil and Debbie the owners think of everything. Beats any hotel hands down and their breakfast is amazing. If you are going to Llandudno stay at Glenavon, you won't be disappointed
