Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated. Breakfast excellent. A very pleasant stay in a nice place. No on-site parking is inconvenient but manageable.

Lovely quirky Hotel.Would definitely stay there again, despite the numerous flights of stairs and electric shower not working . Suggest adding a bikkie to the complimentary tea tray and decaf tea options or a herbal tea option.xx

Overall the stay was good, just two things that wasn't good 1: no hot water in the bathroom, meaning could not have shower 2: WiFi wasn't working, no Internet

Overall experience has alway been brill, little tired here and there but the value for money is there.

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel, nice and clean,bed was super comfy. Close to all the shops,beach and pier. My 1st time visiting Llandudno and it certainly won't be the last. Had a lovely trip to the Great Orme by land train,the highlight was seeing lot's of seal's in the water and on the beach.

Clean and comfortable bed. A little dated and bathroom a little on the small side but was fine for one nights stay . Great price and breakfast choice excellent . Only small crititism would be upgrade to a better coffee machine for Latte or cappuccino etc. other than that no problems. Only other thing was on the corridor the doors when walking through said push not pull then opposite side was not correct . Bit misleading if there was a fire people would panic. Other than that a lovely stay convenient for walking to for places to eat. .. Bar was reasonably priced too. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Not much parking option unless you get lucky enough to get one of the few spaces right out front of the hotel but not a deal killer. We will stay there again

There is no parking at this property, despite it stating on street parking. I went in to ask for recommendations for parking or if they could provide a permit for the parking outside. I was told they didn’t know, thought maybe I could park at whetherspoons and that “it’s not our problem”. There are some beautiful period features. The rooms are shabby and tired, the bathrooms are grotty. We were in a room for four. It was stuffy and so dusty, the carpet felt like it had not been hoovered in a long time. After receiving zero help with parking I didn’t see the point in asking for help with any of the issues in the room. It smelt like stale cigarettes, drains and flea powder. A smell that has followed us home on our luggage. We came back midafternoon to find the manager smoking inside. The saving grace of our stay was the staff hosting breakfast. A man and woman who were so helpful and friendly; great with all the kids and genuinely happy to help. The manager and receptionist could do with some training from these two stars. Don’t stay here
