That’s why with Airline Reschedule Protection, you don’t need to worry about that anymore. If the airline cancels or reschedules your flight for more than 4 hours, you will get reimbursed for any additional costs you incur when purchasing a new ticket up to 50% of the price of your canceled ticket.
All you have to do is refund your flight, book a new ticket, and send the insurance provider proof of your rebooking loss. Then, the insurance provider will reimburse you for your rebooking loss. Don’t worry, you don’t have to wait until you get your refund for the reimbursement to be processed.
Before you make your claim, request a refund for your flight first. To do that, go to your flight’s e-ticket, scroll down the page, and tap on the Refund button. Then, just follow the procedures there to request a refund of your flight.
After you successfully requested a refund for your flight, open the email Qoala sent to you on the date that you purchased your flight ticket. Then, tap the button Claim Now.
Enter your Flight Booking Code (PNR) that is written on your e-ticket, phone number that you used during booking, and tap Cari Polis Saya. After that, just follow the rest of the claim process.
