General Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

- Voucher validity is indicated at the time of issuance and will expire after the stated date.

- To redeem your voucher, log in to your Traveloka account and complete the redemption process within the app or website.

- Access your voucher by going to My Account > My Coupons in the Traveloka app.

- Vouchers are valid only for the specified product or experience, and cannot be applied to other items unless stated otherwise.

- Each voucher provides the stated benefit (e.g., discount or free entry) and does not require a minimum spend, unless otherwise mentioned.

- Vouchers can be used with all available payment methods at checkout.

- Redemption is only valid for bookings made using the same Traveloka account that received or purchased the voucher.

- Vouchers are valid only on the latest version of the Traveloka app (version 3.29 or higher recommended).

- Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.

- Each voucher is single-use only and valid for one Booking ID.

- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be transferred.
