General Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

- Passengers are required to provide accurate and complete flight information when booking.

- Once payment has been confirmed, a voucher will be issued and must be shown to the driver or supplier representative.

- Passengers should be ready at the pickup location ahead of the scheduled time.

- If you cannot find your driver, please contact the supplier immediately using the provided contact details.

- If your flight is delayed, inform the supplier as soon as possible to update your arrival time. Some suppliers offer a limited free waiting period (e.g., 60 minutes), after which extra fees or cancellation may occur.

- For conventional vehicles, pricing includes fuel and airport parking fees but does not cover toll charges, which passengers must pay themselves.

- Passengers must adhere to vehicle and baggage rules explained at the time of booking. Standard baggage size is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles count as two items. Oversized or hazardous items are prohibited.

- All luggage must be safely positioned so it does not block the driver’s rear view.

- The driver reserves the right to refuse service if these conditions are not followed.
