- Each eSIM can only be installed once per device. Please do not delete the eSIM before its expiry date if you wish to transfer it to another device.

- The redemption code is valid for 30 days from the booking date. Please redeem it before the expiration date.

- Refunds or new eSIMs are not applicable if you delete the eSIM before its expiry date.

VAT INVOICE REQUEST

- VAT invoice issuance is available upon the customer's request for this service.

- Request your VAT invoice in 3 simple steps:

- Complete your booking for this product.

- Contact Traveloka's Customer Service team any time before your service date and provide your booking ID.

- You will be required to provide a mandatory tax code number, company name, and address for the VAT issuance process. Detailed instructions will be provided by our team.

- An online VAT invoice will be sent to you via email within 7 working days after you have completed the service.

Once you’ve completed the payment for your stay or airfare, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know how it works.

Where does Traveloka offer free eSIMs?
You can get a free eSIM with flight or hotel bookings made in Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, United States, New Zealand.

Can free eSIMs be topped up?
Yes! If you’re a data-hungry Instagrammer or are travelling for an extended period, you can add additional data or time to your free plan.

When you’re adding the initial free eSIM to your booking, we will display the name of the provider so you know where to top it up when ready.

Is it cheaper to get eSIMs in advance?
When they’re free, they certainly are!

But if you’re travelling somewhere we won’t provide free ones, or would like more data or validity, you can also order discounted eSIMs through the Traveloka platform. That way, you’re set and ready to go upon arrival.
