These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the “Traveloka Giveaway: AU December 2025 - January 2026 Social Media Competition” (“Giveaway”) . By participating in the Giveaway, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Giveaway Period
This Giveaway shall run in Australia from 12.00 pm EDT, 26 December 2025 to 11:59 pm EDT, 16 January 2026 (both dates inclusive)(“Giveaway Period”).

Eligibility and Rules
- Only individuals aged 18 and above who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or foreigners with Australian employment or work passes, and who have a personal TikTok account and a personal Traveloka account via the Traveloka mobile application (the “Traveloka App”) are eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Each eligible individual who participates in the Giveaway shall be referred to hereinafter as a Participant.

- Affiliates, employees, promoters, agents, participating merchants of Traveloka and their respective family members are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.

- To participate in the Giveaway, a Participant shall submit a valid entry (each an “Entry”, and collectively the “Entries”) during the Giveaway Period via the following steps:

- “Follows” Traveloka’s official Australia TikTok account (@traveloka_au) and Trans Nusa (@transnusaofficial) on his/her personal TikTok account
- “Likes” the TikTok post on @traveloka_au; and
- “Tags” another account on the aforementioned TikTok post on @traveloka_au. 

(collectively, the “Giveaway Mechanism”)
All Entries must be submitted via the TikTok platform. Entries which are not submitted via the giveaway mechanism will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries can be submitted by the same Participant by tagging different people. 

- Traveloka will not accept any Entries by a Participant acting on behalf of or impersonating another person by using such other person’s TikTok. Joint Entries (whatever the case may be) will be disqualified from the Giveaway.

- Traveloka assumes no responsibility for Entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be submitted for any reason whatsoever. Proof of submission of an Entry is not proof of receipt of such Entry by Traveloka. Results of the Giveaway announced by Traveloka and all of Traveloka’s decisions relating to the Giveaway shall be final. 

- This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok.

Giveaway Mechanics
- The two winners of the Giveaway (the “Winners”) will be randomly selected electronically. This will be performed via TikTok at 12.00 pm on 20 January 2025, for each respective social media giveaway. 

- Traveloka will notify the Winner through his/her respective TikTok account. Traveloka will verify that the Winner’s personal TikTok account follows the Traveloka TikTok account and can be verified with the Winner’s name and email address by for the purposes of this Giveaway (including prize collection). If Traveloka is unable to verify the Winner to its satisfaction, Traveloka reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to select another Winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

- Traveloka will only announce on its official TikTok account the Winners of this Giveaway after they have been successfully verified by Traveloka. Traveloka shall not be held responsible for any announcements that are not made on Traveloka’s official accounts.

The Prize and Prize Collection
- There will be two Winners selected for this Giveaway. 

- Traveloka will notify the Winners by direct message of the Giveaway results and the procedure for claiming the Giveaway prize (the “Prize”) . 

- At the point of Prize redemption, Traveloka may require the winning Participant to produce a valid form of identification and sign a written statement confirming his/her eligibility in taking part in the Giveaway and to claim the Prize.

- The Prize must be redeemed by the Winners no later than 11.59pm on 28 February 2026. (“Redemption Deadline”), failing which the Winner’s claim to the Prize will become invalid. Extensions of the Redemption Deadline will not be granted for any reason. If the Prize remains unclaimed by the Winners after the Redemption Deadline, Traveloka may at its sole and absolute discretion deal with the unclaimed Prize in any manner it deems fit.

- Travel dates for the Prize are March 2026 – October 2026 inclusive, and blackout dates apply at the discretion of Trans Nusa. 

- All images, props and designs of the Prize featured in any advertising material (regardless of form, format or medium) in relation to the Giveaway are for illustration purposes only. 


Miscellaneous
(a) All decisions, including but not limited to the interpretation of any rules, mechanics, terms and/or conditions by Traveloka in relation to: (1) this Giveaway; (2) the selection of the Winners and the accompanying Prize, and/or (3) the forfeiture of the Prize (if any), shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, disputes or appeals in relation to the aforementioned matters will be entertained by Traveloka. 
(b) The selection of the Winners and the accompanying Prize shall be solely determined by Traveloka. 
(c) The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, and shall only be presented to the Winners.
(d) All costs and expenses incurred by a Participant in his/her participation in this Giveaway and/or the redemption/use of the Prize (as the case may be), shall be solely borne by the Participant concerned.
(e) Traveloka reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. The decision for a Participant’s disqualification made by Traveloka shall be final and the Participant concerned shall have no recourse, remedy and/or relief against Traveloka whatsoever. 
(f) Traveloka reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any Participant found or suspected to have tampered with the Giveaway Mechanism or the performance of this Giveaway. Any false information (whether personal or otherwise) provided for the purposes of this Giveaway by the Participant shall result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant from the Giveaway.
(g) Any attempt by any person to damage, undermine or compromise any Traveloka account or Traveloka App or the performance of this Giveaway may be a violation of local laws. Traveloka reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to seek damages and/or any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by local laws.
(h) If the Giveaway is not capable of being performed for any reason whatsoever (whether due to Traveloka’s default, negligence or otherwise), Traveloka shall not be held liable in any way. Traveloka may cancel and/or suspend this Giveaway without prior notice. 
(i) Traveloka, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, promoters, agents, participating merchants shall not be held liable in any way for the following: (1) any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with this Giveaway, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law; (2) any cost and/or expenses incurred by the Participant for taking part in the Giveaway; (3) any sort of technical, electronic or human errors in the performance and administration of the Giveaway (including the processing of the Prize); (4) any data entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received which is not due to the wilful default or gross negligence of Traveloka; and (5) any circumstances beyond the control of Traveloka which shall include, but are not limited to, strikes, lock-outs riots, civil disturbances, actions or inaction of government authorities, epidemic, pandemic, wars, embargoes, flood, acts of God or other catastrophes. 
(j) Each and every Participant (including the Winners) unconditionally agrees to assume and bear full responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from his/her participation in this Giveaway, redemption and/or use of the Prizes (as the case may be).
(k) All applications submitted by the Participants of this Giveaway shall be the property of Traveloka.
(l) All personal data collected from each Participant for the purposes of this Giveaway will be processed in accordance with the Traveloka Privacy Notice which is available for viewing at https://www.traveloka.com/en-au/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). By participating in the Giveaway, the Participant consents to Traveloka processing his/her personal data, contacting the Participant, and managing his/her personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Giveaway. 
(m) Traveloka reserves the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice, and you accept and agree to be bound by such amendments.
(n) No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on the part of Traveloka, any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
(o) If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
(p) Save for a Participant to this Giveaway, no other person shall have any right to enforce any term of this Giveaway.
(q) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.
