More Flexibility, Less Fees

Traveloka makes travel even easier by removing Traveloka reschedule and refund fees on travel bookings on Flights and Hotels, so you’ll only have to deal with any price differences and the airline or hotel fees (where applicable)!

Traveloka is removing the fixed AUD 28 reschedule and refund fee for bookings made between 14 July 2025 – 31 December 2025.

Terms and Conditions:

FEE WAIVER:

- These terms and conditions govern the campaign relating to the removal of the Easy Reschedule and Easy Refund fees on travel bookings for flights and hotels, which will run from 14 July 2025 to 31 December 2025. 

- By participating in this Campaign, you agree and accept to be bound by these terms and conditions, in addition to all applicable policies and terms and conditions relating to Traveloka’s Easy Reschedule and Easy Refund for flights and hotels. 

- Only bookings for flights and hotels made during the Campaign Period will be eligible for the Campaign.

- Fees imposed by individual airline and hotels for rescheduling and refunds, as well as any applicable flight fare and hotel price differences will still apply.

- Traveloka reserves the right to amend the Campaign terms from time or withdraw or discontinue this Campaign at any time without prior notice.


REGULAR RESCHEDULE:

- These terms and conditions apply exclusively to Easy Reschedule for Flight (“Easy Reschedule”). By using Easy Reschedule, you accept and agree to be bound by Traveloka’s Terms & Conditions of Use and individual airline policies.

- Easy Reschedule is applicable only to flight bookings made through the Traveloka website or Traveloka mobile application.

- The eligibility of a flight booking (including its individual aspects such as date, time, route and add-ons) for Easy Reschedule is subject to the rescheduling policy of the airline which your booking is with.

- Easy Reschedule is subject to the Traveloka Rescheduling Fee of AUD 28 per passenger per route. Additional charges from the airline which your booking is with may also apply. 

- Amendments to passenger details in the flight booking are not allowed.

- Coupons or discounts that were applied to the original flight booking cannot be transferred to the new booking.

- Traveloka Points earned from the original booking will be cancelled. 

- Any amounts paid for seat selection in your original booking cannot be carried over to the new booking. 

- In the event that your new flight fare is lower than the original booking fare, the treatment of the payment surplus will be subject to the rescheduling policy of the airline which your booking is with.

- The Easy Reschedule request form should be completed by the passenger (if the passenger has legal capacity) or by an authorized legal representative (if the passenger lacks legal capacity or is under the age of 18).

- Traveloka reserves the right to request any additional information it deems appropriate.

- Traveloka reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

REFUND

- These terms and conditions apply exclusively to Easy Refund for Flight (“Easy Refund”). By using Easy Refund, you accept and agree to be bound by Traveloka’s Terms & Conditions of Use and individual airline policies.

- Easy Refund is applicable only to flight bookings made through the Traveloka website or Traveloka mobile application.

- The eligibility of a flight booking for Easy Refund is subject to the refund policy of the airline which your booking is with.

- Easy Refund is subject to a non-refundable fee of AUD 28 per passenger per route. Additional charges from the airline which your flight booking is with may also apply. 

- Requests for Easy Refund cannot be cancelled for any reason. 

- Traveloka Points earned from the flight booking will be cancelled and, where necessary, deducted from your Traveloka Account, once you submit a request for Easy Refund, regardless of the outcome of the request.

- Traveloka Points which were redeemed for the flight booking or any other travel activities will not be returned to you regardless of the outcome of your Easy Refund request.

- All coupons and discounts applied to your flight booking will be deducted from the amount that is refunded to you.

- Refunds may be provided in cash, airline travel credits, Traveloka coupons, Traveloka Points, or any combination of the foregoing, according to the relevant airline and Traveloka’s latest refund policy. 

- In the case of a multi-currency booking, the refund amount will be adjusted to the currency exchange rate at the time of booking (for full refund) or at the time of refund transfer (for partial refund).

- Refund through bank transfer will only be processed if the bank account belongs to the contact person or the passenger(s). Otherwise, please provide a scanned copy of Power of Attorney/Procuration, signed by the passenger, along with a scanned copy of the bank account holder’s ID card.

- Payment with credit cards will not be refunded in cash. The refund will be credited back to the same credit card used for payment, in accordance with the issuing bank's terms and conditions.

- The Easy Refund request form should be completed by the passenger (if the passenger has legal capacity), or by an authorised legal representative (if the passenger is lacks legal capacity or is under the age of 18).

- Traveloka reserves the right to request any additional information it deems appropriate.

- Traveloka reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
