1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the special-price airfare promotion offered by Traveloka (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotional prices are subject to limited availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Promotional prices are released daily at 13:00 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) from 3 February 2026 to 6 February 2026.
5. To successfully complete a booking under the Promotion, you must:
a. Complete the Traveloka online booking form with accurate personal and payment information; and
b. Make full payment of the promotional price immediately at the time of booking. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique reservation code.This confirmation email serves as proof of your confirmed booking.
6. Bookings are only considered confirmed after payment is fully processed and the confirmation email is issued.The promotional travel period is restricted to 3 February 2026 - 30 September 2026.
7. The Promotion will not apply to bookings with travel dates outside this period. Requests to modify travel dates are subject to seat availability on the requested alternative flights. In the event of such a change, the passenger shall be liable for a mandatory change fee, in addition to any applicable fare difference.
8. Failure to board a scheduled flight without prior notification will result in the immediate forfeiture of the ticket and its total purchase price. No refunds or credits will be issued.
9. All tickets purchased under this Promotion are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. If Traveloka cancels any flight for operational reasons, you will (i) be re-booked on the next available flight at no additional cost; OR (ii) receive a full refund of the relevant promotional price (excluding any optional add-ons purchased).
10. You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (e.g. visas, health certificates, passports, etc.). Traveloka will not provide compensation or a refund or be held liable in any way if you are denied boarding due to your failure to present the required travel documents.
11. Traveloka, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, promoters, agents and participating merchants shall not be held liable in any way for the following: (1) any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which arises directly or indirectly in connection with this Promotion, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law; and (2) any circumstances beyond the control of Traveloka which shall include, but are not limited to, strikes, lock-outs riots, civil disturbances, actions or inaction of government authorities, epidemic, pandemic, wars, embargoes, flood, acts of God or other catastrophes.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
13. Traveloka reserves the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to unilaterally amend, add to or delete any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and you accept and agree to be bound by such amendments.
