Traveloka Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

The Refer a Friend Campaign allows eligible users to refer friends to Traveloka and receive Traveloka Points in return.  

By participating in this campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Campaign Period
This Refer a Friend Campaign (the “Campaign”) is valid until 31 December 2026 and is open to all Traveloka users based in Australia.
Referrer Rewards
A “referrer” is defined as an existing Traveloka user who shares their unique referral code or link with another individual. A user is eligible to be a referrer if the user has an account on the Traveloka mobile application (the “Traveloka App”).
A “new referral”" is defined as a new Traveloka user (i.e. a user who has not previously made any booking on the Traveloka website or Traveloka App) who registers Traveloka account for the first time by using the affiliate’s referral code or link and completes their first booking on the Traveloka App.
Referrers will receive 3,000 Traveloka Points, equivalent to AU$30 in value for each successful referral.
Traveloka Points will be credited to the referrer’s Traveloka account within 3 working days upon successful completion of the referral’s eligible booking which is defined as the referral fully utilising the products or services booked, including but not limited to: boarding the flight, completing the hotel stay or completing the booked travel activities.
If the referral’s booking is cancelled, refunded, or modified for any reason, Traveloka reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or revoke the associated referral reward.
The Traveloka Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or reissued under any circumstances. Traveloka’s terms and conditions for Traveloka Points can be found here.
There is no restriction on the number of referrals a referrer may make under this Campaign.
Referrers are only entitled to earn rewards through this Campaign, and such rewards cannot be combined with any other campaigns or programmes.
Referral Benefits
Referrals are eligible to receive referral benefits under the Campaign. The referral benefits are applicable only to first-time bookings made via the Traveloka App and are not combinable with other promotions.
Referral benefits are as follows:
Flights - 10% discount (up to AU$30) with a minimum spend of AU$250
Accommodations – 10% discount (up to AU$80) with no minimum spend on any Hotel or Holiday Stays
Things to Do – 10% discount (up to AU$30) with no minimum spend. Applicable to all Things to Do except Events, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disneyland, Universal Studios Japan, and ESCAPE Theme Park Admission Tickets
Car Rental – 10% discount (up to AU$50) with no minimum spend.
General Terms
To participate in this Campaign and be eligible for any rewards, both referrers and referrals must ensure that they are using the latest version of the Traveloka App (version 5.28, 5.29, or 5.30, or any later version available) at the time of referral and booking.
Traveloka reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and/or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Traveloka reserves its rights to decide on any aspects of the Campaign and Traveloka’s decision is final.
The Campaign can only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Traveloka retains the right to investigate any user’s participation in the Campaign for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may include cancelling a booking by a referral. Referral rewards earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be null and void and repayment or compensation may be requested by Traveloka.
