This Campaign is open to all Traveloka users based in Australia.
A user is eligible to be a referrer under the Campaign if the user has an account on the Traveloka mobile application (the “Traveloka App”).
Referrers will receive 5,000 Traveloka Points, equivalent to A$50 in value, for each successful referral. A referral is defined as a new customer (i.e. a user who has not previously made any booking on the Traveloka desktop website, mobile website or mobile application (the “Traveloka App”)) who downloads the Traveloka App for the first time and completes their first booking on the Traveloka App.
Traveloka Points will be credited to the Referrer’s Traveloka account upon successful completion of the referral’s eligible booking. Completion is defined as the referral fully utilising the services booked, including but not limited to boarding the flight, completing the hotel stay or completing the booked attractions.
If the referral’s booking is cancelled, refunded, or modified for any reason, Traveloka reserves the right to withhold or revoke the associated referral reward.
The Traveloka Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or reissued under any circumstances.
There is no restriction on the number of referrals a user may make under this Campaign.
