Children aged 3 years and above must buy full price tickets.
Price already includes driver, fuel, toll, parking fees, and taxes.
Tickets are valid for any of the available bus schedules within the selected date, as written on the ticket.
The bus will depart every 15 minutes on regular days, but might take longer on national holidays.
The estimated trip duration from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Lumpur International Airport is 1 hours & 15 minutes. Passengers are advised to choose the bus at least schedule that allows them to arrive at the airport on time.
The voucher issued by Traveloka is a valid proof for passengers to board the SkyBus.
SkyBus will provide services according to the details written in the voucher issued by Traveloka.
Passengers must bring their Traveloka vouchers to check in.
Traveloka vouchers must only be used by the passenger whose name is on the voucher.
To board the bus, redeem your Traveloka voucher with a boarding pass at the Skybus Ticketing Counter at least 30 minutes before departure.
Your Traveloka voucher is valid for any bus brand and any departure, as long as used on the date stated on the voucher.
For passengers traveling from the KLIA, the exchange can be done at the Bus Ticketing Office located at the Level 1, Block C Main Terminal Building.
For passengers traveling from the KLIA 2, you can just show the Traveloka Vouchers to the Skybus staff at the bus platform number A06, Transportation Hub. Level 1.
For passengers traveling to the airport, the exchange can be done at the SkyBus Ticketing Office located at KL Sentral at Lower Ground Floor, facing the open-air car park and Jalan Tun Sambanthan.
Ticket is subject to seat availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
No compensation will be provided for lost tickets.
Passengers traveling to the airport must board the shuttle at the boarding location as written in the voucher.
Reschedule & refund are not available for SkyBus bookings made via Traveloka.
Please note that travel times are subject to change depending on the traffic or weather conditions on the date of your departure.
Maximum baggage is 20 kg per passenger. Otherwise, the passenger will have to pay an extra charge.
SkyBus has the authority to deny boarding to passengers, or to cancel shuttle departure, when necessary.
Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings. SkyBus will not be responsible for any loss of personal items.
If arrival time is delayed due to traffic or force majeure, SkyBus will not be responsible for the replacement of missed transport connection or accommodation.

Restrictions
Passengers are not allowed to smoke inside the bus.
Passengers are not allowed to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items (e.g. sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs).
Passengers are not allowed to drive the SkyBus’s vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the SkyBus’s services for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are fully responsible for the consequences resulting from the violations of SkyBus’s Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
