Overall okay and good value especially if you plan properly and move fast. I did not like the fact that for the train rides I had to always open the download. A physical card would have been better. Make sure you have sufficient battery power on your phone. The ferris well at Dotonburi still costs ¥900 even with the pass. The normal price without the pass is ¥1000 so only 100 discount - not free.

Ok. 5 stars.. Luckily I used the Osaka Amazing Pass. Entered Osaka Castle, took the boat, Umeda Sky, Tsutenkaku Slider, Ferris Wheel. If you want to go on a cruise in Dotonbori, you have to reserve first.
