best experience...staff very helpful...we came with 21 people...get a discount if you buy a lot. kids are also satisfied playing and have a lot of fun. one day is not enough time to play...so buy an annual pass so you can enter many times and play many times. thank you.

satisfied, we started playing at 12 noon to 10 pm. didn't think it would be a big place to go. went on 18/9 when it was a school holiday on Thursday. some queues were long, some weren't. the longest queue was at flying fox. the others were okay. so didn't buy express lane. only a little bit left to buy. but disappointed because vuvuzuela was closed due to maintenance. when I went it was about to close. there were a lot of food stalls inside, the prices weren't too expensive. so it's okay to eat inside. don't eat outside, it's okay, waste of time haha. enjoy all the rides. waterpark with extreme park only until 6pm. all the others are open until 11pm. so play those two first. go early to play all of them. will repeat but don't know when. definitely not with the kids haha. tired to handle later.

It was hot and humid but very fun and quick ticket redemption

Easy to redeem. I purchased my ticket on Traveloka for my first time. The booking page was intuitive, payment smooth, confirmation email arrived within minutes. I felt relief. Every detail was clear. I had the most fun day with all my kids. Perfect starts for our holidays.

When redeeming tickets at the counter there was no problem. All Sunway Lagoon staff were very helpful and friendly. Coincidentally, Saturday 6/9 was not very crowded, the queue for each game was not long. Next time I want to come here again.

Really good fun day out for our young kids, 6 and 3. They had a ball, especially at the water park and for the DJ in the wave pool at the end of the day. Thanks.
