The staff was very informative. A shuttle bus took us to the Sumatra zone to see Sumatran elephants and tigers. The elephant rides were a bit pricey, so we opted to feed the elephants. The area is cool with lots of trees and a swimming pool.

It's really made easy, if you want to add rides, you don't have to queue for long.

At first I was confused because there were a lot of mosquitoes in the zoo, but so far so good.

The staff are very friendly and the place is clean, there is a playground and water splash too, there is a nursery room in each toilet, it is cool not too hot, safe to bring babies

Ticket prices are slightly cheaper, ticket redemption is fast, and the staff is helpful. Nice experience!

The route information is not clear in its sequence and the animals are incomplete, it needs to be added.

The ticket exchange process is very fast and the ride facilities are varied, the toilets and changing rooms are clean.

A pretty nice and fun place for a family vacation with kids. The animals are quite diverse, but the shows aren't extensive. It would be even better if there was a prayer room inside the Bali Zoo, so you don't have to go all the way out to the prayer room, which is only available in the parking area.

Bali Zoo's cleanliness and facilities are excellent, and it's quite enjoyable to visit. Adding more animals and attractions would definitely be even more exciting.

the zoo is not too big like Bali Safari but overall was good

It was so much fun playing with the kids at Bali Zoo. Unfortunately, there's only one VIP car. So, if you want to use the VIP facilities, you have to wait on the waiting list for hours.

even though it's the weekend but not too crowded. The place is nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

So much fun! Very smooth in exchange because there is a special counter. Recommended for families, there is a funny bird show

when compared to zoos in other cities, the price of additional items here is quite expensive. such as 1 bunch of vegetables in the deer area for 50 thousand, 1 bucket of sweet potatoes in the elephant area for 100 thousand. for the price of food in the restaurant is also quite more expensive than the safari park. the elephant ride is also 400 thousand more expensive than the safari park. maybe almost the same as foreign tourists over all it's good, there's also no smell of urine.

The ticket exchange process was very fast and the service was very helpful.

One of the best zoos in Bali which is very friendly and has a shady place.
