It was so much fun swimming at Atlantis with the family.

I don't know if this is a miscommunication or my mistake. When I first entered Atlantis I used the new member annual year when I was already inside Atlantis I rented a large male locker and then I was charged Rp. 125 thousand including a deposit of 40 thousand, meaning the charge was actually 85 thousand because the deposit can be taken when the locker ticket and coin are returned to the locker counter, but when I was finished and had taken my stuff in the locker, once the key was opened the coin didn't come out again. I thought it was okay until finally when I wanted to exchange the locker ticket to get my deposit, it turned out that the coin was questioned and had to be returned. I said the coin didn't come out again when I opened the key. Finally I asked for help from the customer service and it turned out that my locker had been used by another member and the customer service officer couldn't help. When I returned to the locker counter, the officer only said that the deposit couldn't be taken anymore because the coin wasn't returned. My question is how many victims have experienced incidents like me where the coin didn't come out of the locker and then the deposit was forfeited?
