Overall, it's good, but the current e-ticket system at Go! Wet still requires visitors to exchange tickets first and print them before entering. This actually makes visitors have to queue again at the ticket exchange/printing counter. Meanwhile, the OTS (On The Spot) ticket counter, which is supposed to handle direct ticket purchases, actually seems less crowded than the e-ticket exchange counter. In my opinion, it would be more effective if e-tickets could be directly scanned via QR code at the entrance, without needing to be exchanged or printed first. That way, visitors who have purchased tickets online don't have to queue again at the counter, making the entry process faster, more practical, and more efficient.

My experience at Go! Wet Waterpark was truly satisfying! The ticket exchange process at the ticket counter was quick and hassle-free. The rides are top-quality, the water is clean, and the safety facilities are well-maintained. The staff on duty are very friendly and responsive. It's perfect for a family or group vacation. I'll definitely be back!
