When I arrived at the location without a ticket, I remembered I had the app.., because my previous experience in Japan buying USJ tickets on the spot was fast, safe, and smooth. So, when I was in Sydney, I tried again and was really lucky to have the app on my phone. I successfully bought tickets, 5 tickets, just pay using VA. To enter, just scan the barcode and it's done without exchanging tickets or queuing. Well done. The app really has five-star facilities 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The ticket exchange process was very easy. There was so much to see. My kids were thrilled, especially when they went on the boat tour around the penguin sanctuary.

Love the dugong, penguin and VR section. Definitely worth to visit and will back soon with my kids.

Yes well worth the monetary outlay so fascinating looking at all the different sea life, I was disappointed that the touch pool was unavailable at the time though. Overall very enjoyable experience!

lucky because I bought a ticket for 4 attractions, much cheaper, for 3 attractions close together, when entering the attraction just show the barcode on the ticket

Too many people with strollers around, and not many varieties of fish that we can see. No show, jo attraction, only 1. Compared with Sealife other countries, Sydney Sealife is nothing to compare, too bland…

It is good for not much wating time but there were no enoughr staff inside and Many people were disorganised.

Absolutely amazing! The dugong was amazing, and the feed times and penguins' boat tour was spectacular. But the truly amazing part was seeing the divers in with the sharks. 🤿 🦈🐟🐠🐡🪼

It was ok. I don’t feel the experience was worth the $200 entry price. We were out in 1.5 hours and didn’t even see the dugong. Kids enjoyed it but again $200??

Great experience. Probably they should have more species to see and clean the water more often. Overall, it’s not disappointing.

Everything is maintained so professionally and neatly. Had a really great time with my family.

There are quite a lot of types of marine animals at SLA, quite clean, comfortable, safe and enjoyable to visit SLA. But unfortunately in the penguin area, we can only enter for a while and can only see it, can't get close & touch at all. And in the pool area that can hold animals, only a few types of sea creatures are available.

The aquarium was smaller than expected and looks quite old. The display of sea animals were also not as interesting for my toddler
