It was a last minute purchase and we only wanted a 1 day pass but I didn't want to spend the amount of money on 1 day that other ticket vendors wanted. I was sceptical at how cheap it was and read reviews from others that seemed satisfied so I went ahead and purchased 2 tickets at very reduced prices. The only thing was they were non-refundable and you had to pick a date you wanted to go and it couldn't be rescheduled. But I suppose thats why the tickets were so cheap. I was satisfied with the process and the park experience.

Payment was made but ticket hasn’t been issued. I have to call the customer service team many times to explain and at the end I received the voucher for wet and wild .

Really good price and legitimate tickets. Was kinda worried before booking, but after seeing the other reviews, we went for it and got a really good price. Went on a weekday, so less waiting time than what others were complaining about.

I saved over $30 AUD using app purchasing my ticket for Wet'n'Wild. The experience was great, ticket redemption was super simple. Definitely would recommend the app to others that are going to theme parks and other travel hot spots.

Old rides, 45-60 minute wait time. Safety is over the top. The rides can easily circulate more people to cut down wait times.

Extremely overpriced for what the park offers

It's seriously huge and there are so many fun activities for my whole family to enjoy. Definitely worth it!

Should of purchased fast track as the queues where all at least 45 mins wait.

It was wonderful to devote an entire day to having fun with y girls. Although we went in peak season we still got to most rides and enjoyed a chat in the line up it was lovely.

The park is old and tired rides need painting and tunnel seams on one ride cut your back if you don’t have a rashie on! Lines are ridiculously long waits! No water fountains at each ride! No heat relief like water sprays under the sails! OHS hazards of dehydration and heat stress with neither available! Food and drinks to buy outrageous prices! $10 for a small tray of hot chips! Food not healthy! Not enough cabanas or umbrellas for shade! Won’t go back unless I hear they have these things!

Highly recommend getting there early to secure lounge chairs that are free around the wave pool. My preference however, is to hire the lounge chairs in the fenced off area with a table or a cabana. Check online for availability.

Family enjoyed the experience. Park was very busy with visitors on the day we went and more shade areas with tables and chairs needed in some areas.
