Ticket exchange is very easy, all staff are friendly, maybe what needs to be improved is the water education section. because the trash is piling up

location staff assists with ticket exchange & ticket bracelet installation the playground and photo spots with animals are more numerous than the last time I was there. maybe the suggestion is that the level of cleanliness of the glass in some animal spots can be improved. thank you

I like it, it's not too crowded and clean, it's not too long so it doesn't get tiring, haha

friendly and helpful staff...prices for animal feed are cheap....the downside is that if you buy food or snacks you have to pay in cash...it's hard to find one that can accept QRIS...hopefully in the future they can adapt to technological advances...

So far it has been very easy to buy tickets because there is no need to queue, only that Eco Active Park tickets cannot be redeemed at the main ticket counter of Jatim Park, they must be redeemed at the Eco Active Park gate counter, so we had to walk quite far from the hotel where we were staying at Pohon Inn.

Even though you order tickets online, the ticket exchange process is very easy, plus the staff are friendly and kind and supported by many facilities that we can enjoy for FREE without having to pay again.

when I went there, many rides couldn't be used, such as no cowboy show, the penguin pool was drained, no seal show, the children's toys were being repaired. It was disappointing. Even though I had paid for the ticket, I couldn't see the penguins and seals. My child was very disappointed.

Haven't been here for a while, but there's been quite a bit of rejuvenation and refreshment, which is quite satisfying.
