- The staff support is poor, not enthusiastic. I forgot a tripod to take photos, but when I went down to the Ground-floor reception, they reminded the staff to find it for me but they did not help. I also found it strange that the staff were not given a phone number so that they could contact the guests if they found the item. - Luckily, the view and visibility were clear when going up, good experience. - The area is on the 79th-81st floor, so it is possible to arrange more sitting spaces, arrange more chairs or tables - The toilet on the 80th floor has a very strong door, if there are children, there is a risk of getting stuck if there is no adult with them
